Welcome to the personal portfolio and service platform of itsmohamedwael. By accessing this website or placing an order for design and development plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Service Rendered
Services offered on this website include visual graphic design and branding ("Graphic Design"), custom front-end and full-stack web development ("Websites"), and advanced software programs, automation scripts, or AI/ML utilities ("Programs"). The specifications of each package are detailed in the Plans section of the website.
Intellectual Property
All original concept designs, code files, and assets created during production remain the intellectual property of itsmohamedwael until the final balance payment is processed. Upon completion of payment, full ownership rights for final deliverables transfer directly to the client.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate specifications, email addresses, project briefs, and proof of transfers (for manual Egyptian payment options). itsmohamedwael is not liable for project delays caused by client response lag or incomplete briefs.

This website is owned and operated by itsmohamedwael, a freelance software and systems engineer based in Cairo, Egypt.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept online card payments via Visa and MasterCard, and local transfer options (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash). All online credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through the Kashier Payment Gateway (Kashier.io). We do not store or process cardholder details on our servers.
Service Delivery Policy
All design and development services are delivered digitally (via email, secure download link, or GitHub code repository invite). Estimated delivery timelines begin after order approval and review completion:
- Graphic Design: Completed brand assets or layouts delivered within 3–14 business days depending on plan tier.
- Websites: Live site deployment and code repository link delivered within 7–30 business days depending on complexity (SaaS/E-commerce).
- Programs: Advanced automation scripts, backend APIs, or desktop/AI applications delivered within 5–30 business days depending on scope.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, client contracts, and any transactions arising from this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

02 / Privacy Policy
Your privacy is highly respected. This policy outlines how information submitted through the checkout portal is processed.
Data Collection
When you place an order, the following details are gathered:
- Your Name and Email Address.
- The chosen service package.
- Project description and specifications.
- Payment verification details (PayPal Transaction ID, Kashier Transaction reference, InstaPay IPA, or Vodafone Cash wallet number) and manual transfer receipt screenshot uploads.
Card Transaction Security & Data Protection
All credit and debit card payments are handled securely by Kashier (our payment gateway partner). No cardholder sensitive details (including card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, or card PINs) are processed, stored, or viewed by our website or servers. Payment inputs are entered directly on Kashier's PCI-DSS compliant secure servers.
Data Usage & Security
Your data is solely used to verify payments, manage orders, and establish contact regarding project execution. All submitted data is stored locally in client-side storage (LocalStorage) and synchronized securely with a private database (Firebase Firestore) if active. No details are sold or distributed to third parties.
03 / Refund Policy
This refund and cancellation policy governs all transactions conducted on this website. Please read it carefully before submitting your order.
Order Review: All order requests are manually reviewed by the administrator. Approval or rejection decisions are made within 1 to 4 business days from submission.
Rejection & Full Refunds
If your request is rejected or cancelled during the manual review phase, you will receive a 100% full refund:
- PayPal / Credit Card / Debit Card (Kashier): A full refund is issued back to the source account or card. Card refunds typically take 5 to 14 business days to settle in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times and policies.
- InstaPay (Egypt): The amount is transferred back manually to your submitted InstaPay Address (IPA).
- Vodafone Cash: The amount is sent back directly to your transfer wallet number.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued once order details have been approved, verified, and active design/coding work on the project has officially commenced. False or duplicate screenshot uploads will result in automatic rejection and exclusion from future service requests.
